About Us
Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas is a unique boutique villa beach front property, located in Providenciales, directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach; one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, and quiet beaches in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas consists a total of three (3) well appointed, comfortable and professionally managed Villas.
All our Villas are directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach. These Villas are no more than 25 feet from the edge of the dune. The views are to die for! These Villas are called:
• Sea Breeze Villa – Upper Level Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom, Sleeps up to four guests
• Caribbean Villa – Ground Level Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom, Sleeps up to four guests
• Tradewinds Villa – Ground Level One Bedroom, One Bathroom, Sleeps up to two guests
All our villas have free, open & unlimited access to the beach and all other facilities we have to offer.
We provide free light daily housekeeping, bath & beach towels, free wireless internet, complementary bikes & kayaks, complementary toiletries, BBQ’s, Sun loungers, beach umbrellas, free (unlimited) air-conditioning, water, power, linens etc. If you need it – we’ve most probably got it – and it’s all included in the nightly rate!
Our rates are per villa – not per person. We do not charge extra person charges, up to the maximum occupancy of each individual villa.
We only charge the regulated government taxes of 12% on top of the nightly rate. We do not charge for anything else.
To make a reservation with us, we only require a three night deposit at the time of the booking of your villa.
The balance of the reservation payment is due only 21 days prior to your date of arrival.
A Visa or Master Card credit card can be used to reserve your desired villa with us.
Should you need to cancel, we just need a notice of 28 days prior to your date of arrival and you will get a full refund of your deposit.
Our Villas have been recently remodeled and tastefully redecorated with new furnishings.
The beach, in front of our villas, has powdery soft white sand, crystal clear ocean water and views as far as the eye can see with constant cooling tradewinds.
We are located on a continuous three (3) mile long stretch of Long Bay Beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.
We can also provide very competitive vehicle rentals exclusive to our guests, which include free airport transfers, no additional charge for extra drivers, unlimited mileage, complementary child seats and insurance! No vehicle rental agency can beat our rates or service!
Our exclusive affiliation with ‘Atlantic Ocean Tours Ltd’ means you can also enjoy private or group boat & water sport excursions at very competitive rates. Go Deep Sea Fishing, bottom fishing, beach combing, sightseeing, Jet Skiing, parasailing and more!
Of course…..you can also do absolutely nothing other than lay on the beach…..enjoy your favorite cocktail, soak up the sun and inhale the fresh ocean breeze!
